Contract Terms

The minimum contract period is 2 weeks, and long-term contracts of 1 year or more are also available. The contract duration can be flexibly adjusted during consultation. A sample contract agreement can be reviewed in advance on the "Contract" page.

Refund Policy

If the stay is less than one month, no refund will be issued. For stays of one month or longer, please provide at least two weeks' prior notice. In such cases, the remaining rent will be calculated on a pro-rate basis and settled accordingly.

Things to Prepare Before Moving In

Please prepare only your personal items, such as toiletries and clothing. Bedding, furniture, and home appliances are all provided. Make sure to bring your ID card (foreign residents should bring their Alien Registration Card or passport)

Common Area House Rules

Living rooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms are shared spaces. Please tidy up after each use. We also kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
