Internal Operating Regulations
(Good Moments Share House)

Chapter 1: General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these regulations is to create a pleasant and safe communal living environment based on mutual respect and consideration among the residents of "Good Moments Share House" (hereinafter referred to as the "House") and to ensure efficiency in facility management and operation.
Article 2 (Scope of Application)
These regulations apply to all residents and temporary visitors within the House and shall have the same legal effect as the Lease Agreement.
Chapter 2: Use of Common Spaces and Facilities
Article 3 (Kitchen and Dining Etiquette)
1. Organization: Kitchen appliances and tableware must be washed and dried immediately after use so as not to interfere with others' use.
2. Food Management: Personal food items must be stored in designated storage boxes. The Operator may dispose of any food that is spoiled or has passed its expiration date at their discretion.
3. Shared Meals: In principle, rice in the cooker is shared among residents. Residents shall cooperate to maintain an adequate supply (e.g., portioning and storing) at all times for smooth circulation.
Article 4 (Use of Bathroom and Laundry Room)
1. Usage Hours: The use of washing machines and dryers is restricted to the period between 06:00 and 22:30 to ensure the quiet rest of neighboring residents.
2. Maintenance of Cleanliness: After using the bathroom, remove debris (such as hair) from the drain, and ensure moisture removal and ventilation for the next user.
3. Item Management: Personal toiletries and detergents must be stored on designated shelves and should not be left in common areas.
Article 5 (Energy Conservation and Safety Management)
1. Measures when Going Out: Be sure to turn off the lights, heating and cooling systems, and appliances in both private and shared spaces, and right before leaving, especially check that auxiliary batteries (a major cause of fires) are disconnected from the power supply.
2. Maintaining Appropriate Temperature: Indoor temperatures should be maintained above 25°C in summer and between 24-25°C in winter to avoid excessive energy waste.
3. Fire Prevention: Residents must never leave heating appliances unattended while cooking in the kitchen. The use of unauthorized personal heating devices (e.g., electric heaters) is strictly prohibited.
Chapter 3: Community Order and Etiquette
Article 6 (Designation of Manner Time)
The period from 24:00 to 07:00 is designated as "Manner Time." During this period, residents must actively cooperate to ensure others' right to sleep by refraining from loud conversations, preventing walking noise, and minimizing noise when opening or closing doors.
Article 7 (Access for Outsiders and Security)
1. Maintaining Security: Passwords for the entrance and individual door locks must not be disclosed to others. The person responsible for the disclosure may be held liable in the event of a security incident.
2. Permitted Visits: Visits by outsiders are permitted until 17:00 with prior approval from the Operator. Access to bedrooms other than the common living room is strictly prohibited.
Article 8 (Environmental Management and Dispute Mediation)
1. Waste Disposal: Recyclables, general waste, and food waste must be strictly separated and disposed of according to the guidelines posted in the House.
2. Mutual Respect: In the event of a conflict between residents, self-purification efforts should be prioritized. If an amicable resolution is impossible, residents shall request mediation from the Operator and faithfully comply with the Operator's mediation plan.
Chapter 4: Prohibited Acts and Penalties
Article 9 (Strictly Prohibited Acts)
The Operator may order immediate eviction if any of the following acts are detected:
1. Smoking in any area within the House (including balconies and hallways).
2. Gambling, drug use, or high-decibel noise and disturbance caused by excessive drinking.
3. Sexual harassment, insults, verbal abuse, or physical violence toward other residents.
4. Touching or stealing others' property without authorization.
Article 10 (Penalties and Discipline)
1. Warning System: A first warning will be issued for non-compliance with the operating regulations. If three (3) warnings are accumulated, forced eviction will be implemented.
2. Community Fee: For minor rule violations, a certain amount (up to KRW 20,000) of community fee may be imposed through a residents' meeting. This amount shall be used for the common interest of the residents, such as purchasing supplies.
Chapter 5: Supplementary Provisions
Article 11 (Amendment of Regulations)
These regulations may be amended with the recommendation of a majority of the residents and the consent of the Operator. The amended regulations shall take effect immediately upon notice.
Article 12 (Application of Customs)
Matters not specified in these regulations shall be governed by the Multi-Family Housing Management Act and general social norms.
